We are recruiting!

We're looking for new people to join Digital Commons, at a really pivotal time of our development.
We are looking to fill four roles, each at approximately 2 days or 14 hours a week. You are welcome to apply for one specific role, or for two or more of the roles if you feel many of them are a good fit for you.
The roles are:
- Storytelling coordinator
- People and culture coordinator
- Operations coordinator
- Business development coordinator
We are looking for people who love working independently and in a self-managing way, and who have some level of experience in these roles - they wouldn't be good first jobs. We would like to find people who are really excited about the potential for movement-led tech, and want to work in a co-operative and collaborative way to help DCC contribute and move to the next level.
We are a small, part time team, with most people doing between 1 and 3 days a week on DCC work. We all work remotely and aim to come together for strategy days at least three times a year. Our team is currently based in London, Oxford, Norwich, Sheffield, Edinburgh and South Wales
We strive to work in a non-hierarchical way with a high degree of autonomy, and aim toward cooperative principles. Our ways of working are emerging and evolving all the time and we are excited to see how these new roles shape and change the culture of DCC.
Practicalities
We envisage that each of these roles will need about 14 hours a week. We are very flexible and recognise that work can fluctuate over a year. These are employed roles with an hourly rate of £26.10. We each keep track of hours worked and our monthly pay varies according to the hours we work.
How to apply
There is more information, and a link to an application form here.
The deadline to fill in the application form is 10am on Monday 7th July.
These roles are not open to freelancers. Please no agencies! And you must be based in the UK and have the right to work here to be eligible.
Come and join us on the adventure of making the digital commons a reality!
